Benjamin S. Wishart

Graduated from Brigham Young University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.  He was employed by Sedgwick Claims Management Services as a Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiner from 2004-2007 in Orange County, California.  He received a Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law in 2010, where he received the CALI Award in Legal Writing Skills and was an active member of the mock trial team. He was admitted to the California Bar in 2011.  During the Fall of 2012 he served as volunteer deputy attorney via the T.A.P.(Trial Attorney Partnership) program with the Orange County District Attorney’s office where he successfully prosecuted multiple misdemeanor trials. Prior to joining Armstrong and Sigel. LLP in 2019,  Mr. Wishart practiced workers compensation and family law. He is an Eagle Scout and served as an assistant scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) from 2013-2015. He enjoys exercising and staying in contact with friends he made while serving for two years (1998-2000) as a church volunteer in the Philippines.
